Thanks for visiting my website Moksaphoto. Other than information automatically collected and stored, no information is compiled about visitors who visit the Web site, unless they provide that information to Moksaphoto.

When visitors browse the Web site, my server automatically collects and temporarily stores the following information:

• Logs the IP Address used to access the Internet to count unique visitors only
• Type of browser and operating system used to visit the Web site
• Pages visited
• Date and time of visit
• Address of the Web site used to visit
• The location and process of user clicks

Additionally we use Google analytics (read the Google analytics privacy policy here) and Smartlook (find the Smartlook GDPR statement here) to study user behaviours (you can also read more information about how you can further analyze traffic data in Smarlook). Moksaphoto may use this information strictly only for statistical purposes and to help to develop the site more useful to visitors. Unless it is specifically stated otherwise, no additional information will be collected.

We also have a registration available on our site for our own records where we collect the following information:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Time of registration
• Time of log in
• Number of times the user had logged in
• IP address of the user

If you choose to register with us and provide personal information, Moksaphoto will use this data only to send our own newsletter or respond properly to your photo order. We will not disclose any personal information provided, unless disclosure is required by law.

Moksaphoto adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability. If there is any conflict between the standards of this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles govern.

In compliance with the Privacy Shield, Moksaphoto commits to resolve your complaints concerning data privacy and our collection or use of your Personal Data. We welcome you to bring any concerns directly to us. Note that if your complaint is not resolved through either a direct interaction with Moksaphoto, or NAIH, under limited circumstances, a binding arbitration option may be available before a Privacy Shield Panel.
